Poland Summer Camp ESC

Poland Summer Camp ESC 1. The international volunteers within the framework of the applicant’s activity Summer Camps (half-day camp): Handcraft workshops, sports, cultural etc. for children. 2. They will prepare the workshops that they will deliver in the summer camps according to their dispositions, skills and interest and where the language barrier will not be a problem. 3. Will prepare cultural presentations and foreign languages taste, sport and healthy lifestyle activities. 4. Also, will prepare experiments and innovative ways of learning, and will promote culture & tradition with games and arts. 5. In the second week of August, the volunteers in cooperation with the long term volunteers and the coordinators will throw a music and hand craft festival for youth. 6. 30 July, the international day of friendship, the volunteers may refer to this action by commemorating diversity and common ESC goals.

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS

1. will get pocket money as per ESC Guide 2022 , page 29 2. will get food allowance and house cleaning supplies 3. will get Cigna health cover 4. will share a accommodation with other volunteers, common space , bathroom 5. has access to foundation bikes 6. will be reimbursed or covered for local transport when used for work 7. will be reimbursed for travel tickets according to ESC Guide page 26 + including “green travel”

TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY

1. mandatory (organised by host or support organisation) pre-departure 2. participation in the OLS language proficiency test is compulsory for all ESC mobility participants ( when already approved for project) . 3. mandatory On-arrival participation (organised by host organisation) 4. coaching session provided by EU training academy throughout the mobility 5. familiarised with ESC Objectives for 2022 on ESC guide page 32 6. understands ESC mission statement

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

1. energetic , likes to work with children, likes social work 2. creative or artistic 3. easily adaptable to space and surroundings 4. wants to learn NGO work 5. can be self sufficient and like group work.
