ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
This Spain ESC volunteer activity will focus on implementing a communication campaign -both online and offline- in order to promote EU mobility opportunities to young people. You will be involved from the design and approach to the implementation and evaluation of the campaign, and you will work closely with the Communications Manager and the Web Developer of ESN Spain. During the volunteering period, you will learn how to set objectives and goals, decide which communication channels better fit for the campaign, graphic design, press releases, Social Media management, etc.
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
The volunteer will live in a shared flat together with another ESC volunteer that ESN Spain will look for near the ESN Spain’s office. A monthly stipend will be provided in order to cover meals and local transportation of the volunteers. Pocket money will also be provided. All travel costs of the trip coming to Madrid and going back home are covered. PCRs will also be covered should volunteers need them for going/coming back home.
TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
You will receive training about communication, graphic design and European mobility programmes during all your volunteer experience based on your previous knowledge. In addition, you will take part in the two main capacity building of ESN Spain, where you will learn both hard and soft skills in different fields such as internationalization of education, inclusion, social impact, human resources, etc. You will also have the opportunity to meet other volunteers from ESN Spain and exchange your experiences. Training about Youthpass and CV design will be provided.

We expect from you: have a sense of responsibility, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently, like teamwork and youth topics and be really motivated. Spanish is an asset!
