1. Communication volunteer!
Volunteer’s tasks:
The volunteers will join and support our daily activities as an organization, and in case they have personal initiatives, we will support their ideas.
In cooperation with the members of the organisation, the volunteer will:
1. Co-creating a communication strategy with a strong focus on young people;
2. Support the writing and uploading news and events on our webpage and social media channels,
3. Promote the organisation’s activities and what happens during the events and create visuals and posters for each announcement
(more focus on Instagram or other trendy social media platforms)
4. They will answer comments and give feedback to those asking for information about our activities (how to take part, when are the next events, etc.) and keep the public updated on important occasions.
5. Taking pictures during the events and then adjusting them, adding logos and uploading them to the webpage and social media so that participants in our events will contribute to the dissemination.
6. Help other volunteers and office members if they need support in related or other activities
1. Project coordinator volunteer!
Volunteer’s tasks:
The volunteers will join and support our daily activities as an organization, and in case they have personal initiatives, we will support their ideas.
In cooperation with the members of the organisation, the volunteer will:
1. Follow closely the preparation and coordination phases for the activities
2. Keep track of the activities by supporting the creation of calendars,
3. Supporting the scheduling meetings and appointments online and in person,
4. Support the communication with local and international partners the relevant decisions regarding the meetings, eventually
creating questionnaires,
5. Organise at least one cultural activity related to their country’s culture and language (in cooperation with the other volunteers)
6. Promote the understanding of other cultures;
7. Promote the ESC locally and in their countries when they are back;
8. Work with the staff and with the other volunteers to accomplish the realisation of the activities and improve their delivery;
9. Participate in the meeting with the project manager(s) and be punctual and precise during these moments;
Accommodation
The accommodation costs are covered. Volunteers will live in a shared flat equipped with all the necessary utilities for comfortable living. The house has a big open living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The two kindergarten volunteers will share the biggest room in the house.
Allowance
Each month volunteer’s receive a total of 99,500 HUF (ap. 250EUR) pocket money and food money.
International transport
The transportation from home country to Hungary and back will be covered according to the distance calculator of Erasmus+ program.
Insurance
The volunteer will have Cigna Health insurance.
Language support
The volunteer will have access to the Online Language Support to learn Hungarian.
Volunteer’s training cycle
The volunteer will have on-arrival and mid-term training provided by the Hungarian National Agency.
