Tens of studies proving the relationship between nature and being happy show that in the absence of green, trees and fresh air, our body and mental health are negatively affected.
But even watching nature on the screen can prevent these negative effects? According to a study conducted by BBC Earth and University of California, the answer to this question is; Yes.
Of course, BBC Earth is already an organization with its documentaries, but the University of California has also published in the report they have published that watching nature documentaries strengthened feelings such as majesty, satisfaction, happiness, and curiosity; argues that it reduces fatigue, anger and stress.
Although it is hard to believe that seeing the fake of this effect will have such an effect instead of seeing the truth, BBC Earth wants to strengthen people’s connection with nature and spread true happiness with the “Real Happiness Project”.
That’s why BBC Earth released visual sound scenes from its latest documentary, Planet Earth II. Do not miss these videos to get away from the noise of the city and find happiness with the sounds and images of nature when you cannot go.

Long time supporter, and thought I’d drop a comment.
Your wordpress site is very sleek – hope you don’t mind me asking what theme you’re using?
(and don’t mind if I steal it? :P)
I just launched my site –also built in wordpress like yours– but
the theme slows (!) the site down quite a bit.
In case you have a minute, you can find it by searching for “royal cbd” on Google (would appreciate any feedback) – it’s still in the works.
Keep up the good work– and hope you all take care of yourself during the coronavirus scare!
